Seeing Colorful Cuba Again: Cuban Souls, Trinidad[1] author: Nicolas Lepiller (France)
Description Trinidad is probably the most touristic place in Cuba, Canada-based French photographer Nicolas Lepiller’s “City Museum” offering beautiful pedestrian streets, places and colonial colored houses. Mass tourism is a very profitable activity for the city.

“Besides the touristic city center, one or two streets away, the local life is very active, and many Cubans live there, earning few dollars a day and not necessarily taking advantage of the busy touristic economy.” said Nicolas Lepiller. “Therefore, an important contrast between two opposite worlds is palpable and with my pictures I want to give to the Trinidadian local life, often ignored by mass tourists, the place I think it deserves.”
