Q: Dear Apratim Pal, would you please give us a brief self-introduction?

A: I am a student of B. Pharm of Guru Nanak Institute Of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology. I am 21 years old and my passion is photography.

Q: When did you take to mobile phone photography? What interests you most during the creative process?

A: I use a smart phone and whenever I go for an outing. It is easier for taking photos. Mainly I love to capture rural daily life, cityscape, life style and human interest.

Q: Your work has been awarded honorable mention in the 7th phone photography contest. Can you share your creative ideas with us?

A: I love to capture rural life. When I saw the beautiful painting, full of different type of color, which is painted by a little girl in the mud wall, I felt very much surprised and captured this beautiful moment.

Q: What kinds of photographic subjects attract you most? Why do you like these subjects?

A: I mainly like human interest like rural life, street activities etc. But beside these I also capture landscape, cultures etc. I have visited many rural villages in our country; the village life and their culture very much attract me. For this reason I like to capture these subjects.

Q: As the winner of the 7th phone photography contest, what creative experience do you want to share with mobile phone photography enthusiasts?

A: It is easier to capture moments because it is available for all time and very much essential for keeping some memory for those places.

Q: In your opinion, what are the highlights of the mobile photography contests held by Global Photography?

A: Most of the people are using smart phone and my opinion is that the mobile photography contest by the Global Photography helps them to capture beautiful moments and improve their skills in photography.
