Monba Minority Sunning Buddha festival

"Sunning Buddha Festival", also known as the Buddha Festival, is held in most Tibetan areas in early February or April and mid-June every year, the specific date in the temples is different. The so-called "Sunning Buddha festival" is to carry out the huge brocade-woven Buddha statues collected in the temples (usually rolled up for collection and protection) to display in the light of the day and in front of believers, so that the devout men and women can see and worship.
